We guarentee our prints and maps are original to date provided. Each item will have a certificate of authenticity.
Items can be returned within 7 days of receipt and a full refund will be issued (given that the items are in the condition they were purchased).
Policy on "Goods and Services Tax" (GST):This is a 10% tax for all customers within Australia. For our international clients the Price of the item/items is divided by 11 (if not already done) and deducted when payment is we invoice you.
All items sent will be insured so if the items are damaged please contact your local post office and retain all packaging for a damage in transit claim. Within Australia items will be sent by Australia Post and International destinations via airmail.
Depending on size and quantity of items they will be sent either between flat stiffened board or in post tubes. Please note that items
rolled will have the image on the outer side to prevent compacting the pigmments.
Please do NOT store in rolled state but lay out flat.When Framing we recommend Conservation techniques be used.

Special arrangement regarding insurance and delivery for high value items is usual.
All of the above costs will be calculated along with purchase amounts and invoiced via Email.
Our Refund Policy: We accept returns from international customers up to 14 days after posting to be sent in the same way it was received at the customers expense.
Once you have the invoice please print the ORDER FORM,
fill out the appropriate details and send it to us via one of the options provided.
We will then post your order with documents of authenticity.
